Each Six ( 6 ) units generates one ( 1 ) Free unit.

Any Free unit will buy any One unit as above. The free unit/s will differ from the generating units.

Example: a Five roomed home and one hall equals Six units which equals One free Unit which can buy 1 Upholstered seat or 1 Leather seat or 1 Room of KleenGuard protection or One Room of Dustmite Treatment etc.
